(1) Project Name: Medical Disposable Electronic Endoscope and Medical Endoscope Image Processor (Reapproved)

(2) Project location: Buildings 46, 47, and 48, No. 59 Meilan East Road, Hailing District, Taizhou City

(3) Construction content: The enterprise originally planned to invest 56.8 million yuan to lease a factory located in Building 48, Meilan East Road, Hailing District, Taizhou City, with a leased area of 1317.92 square meters; Purchase 43 sets of main and auxiliary equipment such as ultrasonic cleaning machines, air drying ovens, and assembly lines, and construct a medical disposable electronic endoscope and image processing system project; In July 2021, the company commissioned an environmental impact assessment unit to prepare the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Medical Disposable Electronic Endoscope and Image Processing System Project, and obtained approval from the Taizhou Administrative Approval Bureau on October 18, 2021 (Taixing Approval (Hailing [2021] No. 20077);

At present, the project is under construction. Based on the actual construction situation on site, the construction unit has made adjustments to production capacity, production technology, and layout. The adjusted content has certain differences from the original environmental impact assessment and approval. According to the Notice on Issuing the List of Major Changes for Pollution Impact Construction Projects (Trial) (Environmental Impact Assessment Letter [2020] No. 688), it is a major change and should be re approved for the environmental impact assessment document of the construction project. The project has been filed with the Hailing District Administrative Approval Bureau of Taizhou City on April 8, 2022 (filing number: Taihai Xingshen Bei [2022] No. 75).
