Introduction: Jiyuan Medical Products 【 ARMI 】 ® After strict review, the disposable electronic hysteroscope obtained the "Production License" in mid February and recently obtained the national 20 digit medical insurance medical consumables classification code (hereinafter referred to as the C code), which was announced on March 10, 2022. The issuance of a series of documents means that Jiyuan Medical's disposable electronic hysteroscope can be mass-produced and launched, and the production department has a long way to go. Today, we interviewed Gao Hongbin, the production manager of Jiyuan Medical, to answer questions and clarify doubts about the current production process of the product.

Q: What is the current allocation of human resources and production equipment in the company's production department?

Gao Hongbin: So far, there are about 60-70 personnel in the production department. We would like to express our special thanks to the company's human resources department for their active cooperation. In terms of recruitment, they have timely completed the implementation plan for production personnel positions and continuously provided sufficient talent for new positions. In terms of production equipment, as early as the early stages of the company's construction, the workshop was equipped with the latest and best equipment in the industry, ensuring the efficiency and quality of the production process.

Q: What is the current production scale and has the production capacity met expectations?

Gao Hongbin: Our current production capacity requirement for disposable electronic hysteroscopes is around 300 pieces per day. Due to the current market expansion period, the monthly production capacity is controlled within 10000 units. With the issuance of all necessary documents for Jiyuan Medical's disposable electronic hysteroscope, market development is gradually deepening, and the production department is about to start production at full capacity.

Q: Is there any production pressure at this stage?

Gao Hongbin: At present, there is no pressure in production. Recently, the production department has continuously integrated and optimized the production process, strictly controlled product quality, and achieved the best production process and quality control through continuous testing, ensuring that the disposable electronic hysteroscope and medical image processor of Jiyuan Medical are impeccable in both production technology and product quality after formal production, and have withstood the inspection of large-scale clinical and medical institutions!

Q: What can be shared while ensuring craftsmanship and quality?

Gao Hongbin: During the project initiation phase, we trained nearly 30 production elites in six months. Although we did not fully start production, through daily extensive production exercises, trial and error correction, experience summarization, and unremitting efforts, the production team has now begun to take shape. In the later stage, we will continue to strengthen the technical training of frontline employees, deepen our work to ensure quality, and continuously increase production capacity.

Q: What are our plans for expanding production capacity? What scale will be reached in the next stage?

Gao Hongbin: Two factories, Building 46 and Building 47, in the park have been renovated. After the new factories are put into use, the production personnel will also be expanded to 90-100. It is expected that in three months, with the deepening of production and the improvement of production personnel proficiency, the production capacity will reach 30000 pieces per month, and the annual production scale will reach over 300000 pieces. According to the development plan of Jiyuan Medical, with the continuous expansion of production scale and capacity, the daily production will reach 2000 units, with an annual output of 800000 units.

Q: The final question is, what are the solutions for improving employee quality, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality after large-scale production?

Gao Hongbin: The solution plan has been established. Jiyuan Medical has always followed the laws, regulations, and relevant documents of the country. Whether it is in the soft power of production and management processes, or in the hardware of personnel and equipment construction, it strictly demands excellence and attaches great importance to the cultivation of employee quality. From the first lesson of his employment, from the company, workshop to the team, he received strict training on various rules and regulations, production processes, practical safety, etc. For example, achieving anti scalding and anti pressure measures in production, providing detailed and meticulous explanations and guidance; What are the key points to pay attention to in each process of product manufacturing training; What problems can arise from poor control; They all received training and answered questions one by one. During the initial training period, there were many problems that arose. The production department solved the problems overnight, summarized gains and losses, optimized skills, and conducted a technical competition to award the best and help the poor to improve together. We will summarize and discard these valuable experiences to guide our future work.
